Bachelor Degree Health Services Administration - Accelerated Program Bachelor of Health Services Administration This program is designed for those individuals who have successfully completed an associate's degree in a health care field or the equivalent of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) of credit and are eligible for licensure, certification, or registration within their specific discipline and have two years of current work experience in an administrative or clinical health care setting; or have an associate's degree or the equivalent of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) of credit in a field other than health care with two years of work experience in an administrative or clinical health care setting. The program enables these individuals to develop the management skills necessary to manage, plan, direct, coordinate, budget, and assess quality of care issues in a variety of health care settings. Work experience will be verified with a current resume. Approved writing sample and a minimum GPA of 2.0 is also required. The applicant's associate's degree or approved equivalent of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) of credit must be from an accredited institution and include the Required Core courses listed below. Also, Elective Credit requirements are satisfied through portfolio, transfer credit, or additional coursework.
